About Us
:Lexicon is Duquesne University’s student-led literary journal. This journal is a space for students of all different academic years and majors to explore their interest in writing, photography, and other mediums in a safe and supportive environment. A typical :Lexicon journal features sections of fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, photography, and art submitted by Duquesne students, faculty, and staff. :Lexicon produces two issues each year, one in the fall and one in the spring. These journals consist of submitted pieces selected and edited by staff members throughout the academic semester.

Fifth year member of :Lexicon, Graduate student in Media Arts & Technology in the Interactive Design track. Served as Layout Editor for two years and is starting third year as Editor-in-Chief.

Creative Writing and Film professor within Duquesne's English Department, has overseen :Lexicon since 2008.
